more coming tomorrow into friday. possibly 4-8 could possibly salvage the holiday weekend. if everything aligns i’m coming up saturday night. looks like sunday-tuesday is your best bet. spike in temp tuesday afternoon will probably shut it down 1/2 day riding. fingers crossed dave
Trails closed for safety. Yea they care about safety with all the drunks bar hopping. Never heat of a dui unless they pass out on sled blocking a road.
Most people who ride don’t bar hop you’re always going to get those few just like you find on every road in America on any given night, so let’s keep it simple the trails are closed because it’s dangerous to ride without enough snow covered period.
If you took your tires off your car and drove on the rims in a gravel pit, I imagine that would be the sound you would hear if you attempted to ride in these conditions. You know what wouldn't make that sound in these conditions , It's an abbreviation and has 3 letters !!
Look like you said you're always going to run into some a holes that come up and drink too much. Most of the people are responsible I've been riding for years do I bar hop yes not to get drunk to get warm and usually have something to eat. Do I like to have a drink once in awhile yes but I don't get crazy with it.
was up to tughill a while back and stayed at Montague Inn and there was a young kid drunk, the bar tender refused to serve him.....well he got on his sled heading down Rector Road and kissed a tree! So those idiots that drink and ride are out there!! It was unfornunate as he was a young kid from Syracuse we found out later.
Lake effect math 0-3 inches = looks nice, first sled through = No snow

Deletesafety and liability If the trails are not safe to be on that's a liability to the town. DUI is not.
