One Day..........

Winter has returned but it won't be here long.  By the way the forecast looks, by Friday it will feel like spring again.  At 8:15pm we do have a good band of lake effect in the area.  I included still pics from 8:05 showing the snow.

Today's Video.....................

  1. We can't really do anything with it, but it does look better than mud. A lot better.

    2. The weather forecasters have been harping el Nino and winter vortex all winter. The snow has been light for most of the country/continent. Except of course the places with a lot of altitude.

  3. Lets face it this season is busted no chance of getting any meaningful riding in, The non recoverable lost revenue will have certain consequences in the area, As for the suck it up buttercup attitude some out there have, the loss of savings in a business used to off set costs in down times takes years to recover. This warming trend we all are experiencing isn't going away, the way of life up here is. I said it early in the season. OF is a business and in my opinion OF needs to look at options, what the options are? that's why they should have a discussion.

  5. Discussion by the T.B. will never happen, hasn't happened in the last 10 years and should have. People keep buying trail passes and that keeps that dept.going year after year.Stop buying them, and that may start some discussion. I look at the board and what is running the town and all I am going to say is : GOOD LUCK

  7. Just curious, why did they knock down the long mound of snow that makes up the trail in front of north street?

    1. My guess would be for more parking for SnoFest and so the parking lot dries out and not all mud.

  9. Not buying a trail pass next season. That’s 100%. I have 7 sleds on the trail. What a waste
