We had some snow this evening. Not enough to break the sleds out. But at least it's white again. Ten day is showing snow towards the end of the week. But at this time, it doesn't look like enough to save the weekend.
I have not ridden my 24 cat yet between lack of snow and work being busy. No way would I think of ordering a new sled no matter what brand. Hopefully next winter is better for snowmobiling. Prices of snowmobiles is getting ridiculous as it is.
Had enough in my neck of the woods in PA to do about 60 miles on Tuesday. Was glad to get out, but nothing like the groomed trails in the OF area. Soft mud and rocks underneath the 8 inches to 10 inches of snow. My carbides are shot now. Have a new set coming Friday.

ReplyDeleteHey Steve when is the last time the trails were closed. During the season.
ReplyDeleteTwo or three weeks ago and I know of at least one-time last winter for sure.
