* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Herkimer, Montgomery and Southern Washington Counties.

* WHEN...From Friday evening through Saturday evening.
