The forecast for Wednesday is looking even worse. As they increased the amount of R for the day and it could make things really ugly fast. With an inch of R and the melting of the snow, there could be flooding going on also. One of the big things that hurt us over night was the wind. Just like blowing on hot soup, a warm wind eats snow faster than a warm day.
Today's Video...........
47 degrees forget it. Snow settles when it melts. So that half a foot is gone. The rest will be gone wednesday. Who cares about the snow thats left. Need all new snow or riding is over.
ReplyDeleteIt's over!! Look at the longrange forecast, Snow in the forecast, though without cold temps it won't freeze down solid. Unless your into motocross there won't be good riding this year.
ReplyDeleteDave you are 100% wrong. The 10 day forecast looks good. Aside from tomorrow. Back to winter again with low temps in the teens and single digits. Highs mostly in the mid to high 20's. Plenty cold to freeze down the snow after the sun melts some during the day. And if guys like you would keep off the trails during a snowstorm so it has a chance to make base, that would help us non selfish people a ton.
ReplyDeleteYeah ok there guy!! If there's a big storm I will be riding the next day. You sit and wait for the trail to set up, I'll be riding it. FOOL.
DeleteWill be right behind you, ride it before the next melt down
Deleteyeah ride it so the next day the trails are unrideable. Nobody accused you guys of being smart now did they? No wonder they trails are garbage.
DeleteTypical Dave. Guys like you we DONT want on the trails. Wrecks the trails and drinks at the bar then goes at riding. And you wonder why people get hurt on the trails. Need more cops out there.
Deleteits over Johnny
ReplyDeleteThe Fat Lady has seen her Shadow!
ReplyDeleteYep some nails are in the coffin for the next few weeks...nobody wants to drive up there for marginal riding anymore...Hell I'd be happy to get 4 more riding days in this season...Need a few feet and cold so the window stays open for like 10 days before another big melt hits...what a bust of a season this is !!!
ReplyDeleteHere we go again with you people who are the "the glass is half empty" I bet you are all Debby downers in real life too! Just stay the hell home & off the blog! We can all see the forecast for ourselves. There will be more riding be patient people!
ReplyDeleteAnonymous 12:42 is having melt down stress...Debby downer !!!..LOL
DeleteIts the other way around. He is just fine. Its you that is having meltdown stress.
DeleteThe season isnt even halfway over yet. There are 2 more months of riding. But please stay home so the guys that arent negative, and the guys that are not selfish ride.
Dave is running on two quart's LOW
ReplyDeleteStorms rolling in next week with cold temps. We'll be back in business in no time. I'm not giving up on winter just yet
ReplyDeleteChuck you around? You need to get those trail sighns up quickly. Anonymous's only the day after the big storm rolls in. Seems someone wants it all for himself. Like anyones gonna wait for the new snow we haven't had yet to set and harden.
ReplyDeleteWho is this that wants it all for himself? Of course this guy dave says nonsense. Thats all he ever says. We were talking about be courteous. Something you know nothing about.
