Some of our guests hooked up with one of the local clubs this week and went on a ride up to Indian Lake. By what they told me this is something they do twice a week and try to head to somewhere different on each trip. If anyone is interested, drop me an email and I'll get more information for you.

ReplyDeleteHey Steve, you mentioned goin to Indian Lake, if I headed that way and continued toward Newcomb and Long Lake, any idea how the lakes are if I took Long down toward Forked and Raquette?? Thinkin about that loop if lakes are solid.

Deletelakes are well frozen, although you better know your way because with the high winds there are no tracks to follow. Visability is also very low expecially on raquette lake. Very easy to get spun arouned. Be careful and take it slow

ReplyDeleteIt looks like the snow totals keep lowering and now I see R in the forecast for Monday! grrrrr can't we catch a break!
ReplyDeleteThose cardboard cut outs are soooooo real looking !!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks like this storm may be a bust. The storm center with all the moisture is too far east, and the clipper isn't doing much. Since last night 2 maybe 3 inches of fluff, doesn't seem like the big dump is coming. Beter than nothing or rain I guess.
