It stayed clear all night and we dropped down to 27 below zero this morning. Think about this one, when it's that cold out and you have the heat set on 68. The temp inside is 95 degrees warmer than out, heck at that point just call it an even hundred. Don't stand near the windows or doors, because we can feel the cold coming off of them. Not sure what we' ll drop to tonight. At 5:11pm we are 2 degrees colder than it was last night at this time.
Today's Video for........................

DeleteWaters edge has the best trail access.
ReplyDeleteYour going to have to add on steve.
ReplyDeleteI've added on over the years and it's 35% larger than it was, when it was bought from Mr & Mrs Christy. But at this point I think I'll hold off on any more additions.
DeleteGuess its safe to say the lakes are solid as a rock now. Bet they are 2 feet + thick.
ReplyDeleteThe cold cold temps can wreak havick on the lakes. As previously reported the ice heaves and water and slush get pushed onto the surface. Always be wary and don't ride the lakes unless you know them well or are riding with someone who does.
ReplyDeleteyou serious? Everyone is riding the lakes now.
DeleteYes I would think they are safe but always better to ride in pairs and during the day !!!
