The advisory was for 3 to 5 and just after midnight they changed it to 2 to 4. The warmth and R had a different effect on the snow, depending on what you watch. Watch the railing at Stillwater and compare it to the parking lot. The snow/ice pack in the parking lot helps slow down the melting.
