ReplyDeleteI used to go up 2 times a year. In the 90s A week with the boys and then Pres week end with family wife and 2 boys.We had 2 sleds Indy 600 Triple and Skidoo 588 both liquids. We rented sleds for the boys. We had plenty of good snow. Now I'm 80 plus and enjoy ever thing you write and publish. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.The 85Indy 600 is still in the garage. Thanks for the Memories
ReplyDeleteI had a Indy Triple, with the front end widened. That sled was a blast in the corners. Thanks for watching!
DeleteNot the same anymore the sport has changed,I'm like you and very happy we have the good memories of the good old days. Those days will never be back or maybe they will one never knows.
DeleteSteve, where is the new Trail Camera, looks like trail 5 above the Mountain Side
DeleteCorrect
DeleteI think the January thaw is behind us. Looks like winter is here for a while. As it should be!
ReplyDeleteBe careful what you wish for…
Memories are still being made, we remember it differently when your young running and gunning it’s always remembered fondly, we forget the crappy suspension gas spraying out of that tillotson carburetor afraid that you’ll catch fire if you smoked.
ReplyDeleteBut the sport may be different it’s still something that you can pass down to your kids even if they are grown.. having a beer at the end of the day talking how good or bad this or that trail was . Well isn’t that what it’s all about, making memories.
