Wouldn't it be nice if the snow forecast was correct the rest of the season and we got what was predicted. Not like last winter, when they called for a foot and we got an inch. .One can only hope this season is better. Maybe that's what I'll ask Santa for this Christmas. A snow forecast that really happens.

DeleteJust a little note on the matter compacted snow turns into ice ice makes base, base make the season last longer.
And running over it drives the frost into the ground. If you ever built a winter road in the woods you would understand. When you get done it's as hard as RT. 28

It’s not happening this time, not even the next 10 days. Our best bet of any riding is Martin Luther king weekend. if you remember last year, that was even a washout, so who the hell knows.
