It took me a second or two to remember how to put the videos together. One of the apps I use didn't want to work, so I had to find a work around. After making the video I looked at the extended forecast and it changed again. So now let's cross our fingers that this snow even sticks around. Hey at least it's white and makes it look like Christmas. Nothing worse than a green Christmas in the north country.
Today's Video...............
Let's all pray that God will take it and make it right for the north country, and just let it snow. We need a good old fashion winter the way used to be.
ReplyDeleteGood ole fashion Adirondack winter
DeleteSure would enjoy it.
DeleteDefinitely would love the winters of the 70s to hit old forge and all areas south.fingers crossed
ReplyDeleteMe too. But let's face it, most people would freak out with that much snow and temps staying below zero for weeks.
DeleteSteve your right,we learned survival back then. Power out for a week or more 30 35 below and ran out of places to put the snow. Would love to relive those days.
ReplyDeleteR R R WHY WHY WHY
ReplyDeleteHey Steve, Can u use a side by side with tracks on the trails?
ReplyDeleteCalled to double check. They are a no go on the trails.
DeleteIts something that needs to be talked about,it could bring people in with little snow and help businesses out.
DeleteUTV W/ tracks heat they don't go as fast, fun but they will never allow it
DeleteYour right they don't,about 45 mph. The powers to be don't like change but something needs to change to help the economy in OF and get the people into town.
DeleteSeason is open! TEAM DD sleds on the move tonight?
ReplyDeleteSteve, Can you ride a UTV W/ Tracks on the trails?
ReplyDeleteSo much for The Big Weekend May want to change it to a BOAT SHOW
ReplyDeleteN.H. Allows 4 Wheeler on designated trails on public land and also Vermont. Use that town land, make some money.
ReplyDeleteIt's like McCauley Mt. do something with it. Wake UP
ReplyDeleteYou know you can use UTVs in Brantingham (summertime) there are miles of trails, with the limited snow cover, that’s not going anywhere, adapt or die , the ground will stay frozen throughout the season for the most part! So limited damage with mandatory tracks , why not
ReplyDeleteThat's a GOOD ??????????? WHY NOT
DeleteIf it's tracked ppl think it should be but there would be some huge trail issues tearing up base. Ur essentially putting bobcats access. Say good bye to a good base if allowed but maybe a trial should happen
DeleteI disagree, groomers have tracks the speed won’t tear things up have you ever used one they really don’t do anymore damage than a sled probably less
DeleteA lot less damage than a sled. The town has one don't they?
DeleteSeen Indian Jim up at daikers he said snow on the way soon
ReplyDeleteTEAM DD holed up at Daikers or Tony Harpers tonight?
