Only 4 days left till Santa gets here. I'm heading out to do the last of my shopping. Town has put a number on the base amount. Cross your finger we see limited R on Friday and it sets the base up for the entire season.

No such thing as setting the season up anymore. End of next week shows mid 40's for at least 2 days. Lets face it, the winters are not what they used to be.
It’s sad that winters aren’t what they once were. I snowmobiled Old Forge from 1970 through 84. Just didn’t have frequent, days long warm ups like we do now.
Base 5" not much,ride easy and slow to make it last and freeze it down

Brief warm up followed by an Arctic plunge like no one’s seen. Maybe some lake effect follows. This should be the season set up
