Every year I do a video to give everyone their riding/snow fix for the summer. I figured I'd better make it before it gets ugly at the end of the week. Hope you enjoy it.
Two reasons come to mind. 1) People coming onto 5 from Daikers are getting into the throttle and making holes. At the Smokehouse they are cruising speed. 2) The snow along 28 is loaded with salt and each sled coming from Daikers is dragging/tracking salt onto 5.
Steve, With the past few years of semi , good ,great riding your millage must be ticking up by now and with no Polaris Dealer in town any plans for a snowcheck or god forbid brand switch ?
Steve, Thank you For All the Effort you put in for everyone. Well the wife and I are going to give it the old college try Wednesday through Saturday, see you tomorrow evening. Kevin&Dawn
Recently visited old forge for first time stayed at Christy’s met your daughter I am looking to plan a snowmobile trip and skiing trip at mc cauley was hoping to meet you have been watching this site for a couple of years and met some different people to help me with ideas for trip looking to possibly hire two guides for day when I plan trip for snowmobiling etc and your site has been a tremendous help along with old forge hardware webcam
Thanks for staying at Chrity's and watching the blog. As for your snowmobile trip you may want to look into an app for your phone called Ride Command from Polaris. It shows you all the trails on your phone. Not sure which camera you are looking at the hardware. There are two of them there. I have a network of 10+ cameras at oldforge.net and one of them is at the hardware.
Steve why does trail 5 always look so good by the smokehouse but by Daikers it’s always trash??
