* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations between two to four inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Northern Herkimer County.
By the time you are reading this the Advisory will be over. The question is did we get the 2 to 4. If it keeps snowing like it is at 1am we may just get it or maybe even more.
