From a forecast that was OK to a forecast that is looking pretty darn good. Cold temps every day in the 10 day and snow on 5 of them. With clouds 7 days and mostly cloudy the rest. Yes, it's nice to enjoy a day of riding when it's sunny, nothing prettier. But we aren't to the point that we can lose any snow to the sun.

Carter Station. Did Jimmy Carter have anything to do with the site?
ReplyDeleteYes and No ,I little know fact that Carter Station was Names for the Carter Farms not "Jimmy per say" It was the only area in the ADK park that peanuts could be shipped to, something about land acquisition or something but after train wreck of 1913 it was shut down.
