* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches
expected, except 1 to 3 inches near and south of Interstate 90.

* WHERE...Herkimer, Hamilton, and Northern Fulton Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Thursday.
