You'll see in the video, that most of the front yard is frozen over with solid ice. To the point that you could ice skate on it. The sad part is, the trails are getting to this point also. With the warmth during the day and the cold at night. But this may be a good thing, as solid ice takes that much longer to melt down. So when and if we get that last shot of winter. There will be some base left out there, for the last ride of the season.

ReplyDeleteConflicting reports of what could be coming to the area. Unfortunately we'll just have to hope that enough comes in that the town will re-open the trails as they are officially/temporarily closed as of this morning according to their website.
ReplyDeleteNot to worry there doing that because they don't want to lose what they have of base left before this snow comes in, I woulden't expect them to open the trails until Saturday and the earliest, Gives the crews a chance to pack things down , It's for your own good , If not you can only guess who's going to tearing it all up Friday night and turn it all to Mud .
