Pullman Ave is getting a upgrade. Talked to highway supervisor and they are recycling the base and will be paving the top with new blacktop. Also it's not tar in the tanker.
That is pretty cool. Would like to see the finished product. Must mix the stone with a slurry of some sort. You say not tar was used?
From what I have seen that stuff is not worth the mess it makes. Ended up paving the road the good old way.

The video is them recycling what was there into a new base. The nearest black top plant is in Boonville.
