Take note of how quiet it is when I do the scan of the parking lot on Saturday morning. I walked over to get milk this morning and I didn't even have to wait to cross the street.

Figured I'd post what went on today weather wish. Because, so far, we sure haven't seen anything close to what was predicted. Maybe we'll get the 2 to 5 by 1pm Friday. I'm posting this at 11pm. So let's hope by the time most of you are reading this, it will be snowing.
Today's Video...........
Watched the local forecast at 11 last night. They are also calling for us to see 2 to 5, the same as the national weather service forecast. But the question is, will we see all snow or are we going to get some R also. As you can see in the image below, it's not all snow below us and it is in the upper 20's as I'm posting this. Everything is frozen down solid, even the liquid from yesterday morning is frozen over in the parking lot.
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 1 PM EST FRIDAY... * WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. It looks like another weekend is going to be a no ride weekend. Forecast is calling for snow. But nothing that is going to turn it around in one day. So now we are shotting for next weeknd that maybe we'll have enough snow to ride.
Today's Video............
Cross your fingers that the 10 day forecast comes true. It may not be great conditions, but we'll be able to ride. The ground is frozen, so there won't be any melting when it does start to snow.

It's not climate change it is the AMO and all the other natural oceanic and atmospheric oscillations. We have hopefully peaked from the warm side of the AMO, and the cold phase is coming. Then it is back to the winters of the 70's.

The Town of Webb Snowmobile Trail System has EXTREMELY MARGINAL conditions, with no base layer and a very thin cover of wet snow. Heavy, steady rain changed to snow this morning, but the ground is not frozen. The access gate at the North Street Bridge is closed, due to people getting motor vehicles stuck on the trails. Grooming is suspended.
