After looking at the forecast and the shot we just took from this weeks warm up. I hate to say it, but it doesn't look like we're going to have a replay of last years Christmas week. Over night the temps dropped back down and we did get a dusting of snow. But not enough to bring things back around, that I can tell you to get up here and go riding. I did see a few sleds up at Enchanted Forest gas when I was getting video. I'm hoping Santa has a set of carbides for them. Because I think they'll need them if they plan on putting in any amount of seat time. Hope you got all your shopping done.

All Team DD sleds are parked until further notice. We do have several hundred miles logged in so far which we are grateful for. But next week is our week to ride and mother nature has dealt us a blow for sure. Hoping for more snow, and Steve we need to send her a message that its time to see things our way or else!
ReplyDeleteCouple inches here and there and were back in business. Looks like a spike on Friday and some liquid, but that far off. Had to change plans this week, heading up to Vermont for some skiing, Have a great holiday everyone and Steve, and prey for some snow.

Do you have people coming up to ride for the weekend? We were supposed to ride the hill, but that is looking gloomy. We just need to get out on our sleds for a few smiles! I keep seeing some sleds on some cams. It would be our first winter trip to old forge! Where is the entertainment for New Years Eve at?
