I asked this before.........

But what month is it?  Please remind me again, are you sure it's March?  Because we went down to 19 below over night and the high today was 22.  Traffic has been very light today and those few are enjoying some of the best riding conditions we have seen all season.

Today's Video for..................

  1. Just wanted to you all know somthing about cell phones most die when we are riding they are serching for a signal most of the time that kills the battery. Try air plane mode you wont use any battery you can still take a quick picture. Then turn it off when you need it . It will last all day.

    4. to the original poster that is very very good advice and u should post that again or have steve post it next season because ur absolutely correct ... and to others who think the cold kills it ? werll ur partially correct tho most people keep there phones very well protected in pockets which actually keep the batts warm so the cold isn't the issue as much as the searching for a signal is.. IM a tech . wireless phones searching for a signal use much energy of the batt. compared to a batt at 50 degrees in ur pocket . Good topic tho Simply turn ur phone off while riding and turn it on for five minutes when ur stopped if u want to see messages. Plus if u get in trouble ull have much more batt then keeping it on while riding and theres no wsahy ur gonna feel the vibrate function or even a blu tooth. Just my humble advice

  3. Although we had a good snowmobile season, back in the seventies the trail bases were more than 18 inches, compared to this season which is only 6 inches.

  4. Rode this past weekend, had in my mind to put the sleds away, but now looking at the forecast, might re-think it and get one more ride in, STEVE, what happens if the season goes past April 1 (just dreaming), can they keep the gates open?
