Quiet before the storm................

It's been pretty quiet around here today.  Everyone geared and fueled up this morning and that's the last I've seen of most of them.  I did see two rooms shot over and fuel up again, but they headed right back out for more riding.  Still looks like a storm is headed our way.  But like always, till it's on the ground it really doesn't mean much of anything.  Heading out for another ride tonight.  We did go up to Raquette Lake last night and if you're in the area on a Monday.  Try out the pasta night at The Tap Room.  Good food and you won't go away hungry.

Today's Video for....................

    1. No it does not. You do not need a drivers license to drive a snowmobile . It's a 500 fine forv1st offense.

  4. I got stopped 4 times last weekend by the same pair of sled cops on the inner trails for routine sticker checks and a loud exhaust. At the end of the day these guys are pretty nice and doing a good job. By the 3rd stop we were just waving at each other and laughing. I was actually surprised he did not ticket me for a loud after market exhaust. I was under the impression they had decibal meters now. as long as you are respectful with them they are usually pretty cool. Can't speak about the DUI issue. I guess if you don't smell like a brewery they generally are not looking for that. Best to drink Vodka as it does not smell..LOL. I always crawl through town as to not draw attention.

  5. There should be lots and lots of check points and arrests for riding under the influence. Anyone who does it should be jailed. Don't kill me or my kids cause you want to drink and ride.
