Old Forge, NY Snowmobile Trail Report

Well the warm up is here and so far no R, not even a drizzle. It looks like it will be short lived and back down below freezing tonight with snow back in the air. I have a few rooms in, one came back a short time ago and the other is still out riding.

Update:  I guess I should of kept my mouth shut.  Just after I posted today's report this afternoon the R started. But I wouldn't through in the towel just yet for this upcoming weekend.  Forecast is calling for temps to drop tonight and back to winter the rest of the week.  Maybe it'll be just like last week and everything will come together just before the weekend and the riding will be good.  So get dancing and cross what ever you got!

Today's Video.....

  17. You guys cry like a bunch of figure skaters. You've got a sled, there is cold weather coming by Tues., and the weekend will be great. You can sit home and rot in front of a screen, or man-up and let the thing eat snirt, dirt, or powder. Leave your granny panties at home.

I second that comment for Steve big deal we can't ride...there are alot of businesses and families that depend on our sport I feel terrible for them....temps are supposed to drop back down, all we can hope for is the wind blows the right way over the lakes!!

  30. Accuweather long term forecast looks somewhat promising. Maybe we salvage February. Temps will be getting cold again..Maybe the lakes will bring Steve a Big Dump and we can all have some fun again!!!
